AdYogi Remarketing (the “App”) provides an advertising solution to run ads on Facebook (the “Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account: name, email, and phone number.

Data Deletion Policy

If you uninstall the App or terminate your relationship with AdYogi Remarketing, we will retain your data for a period of up to 30 days from the date of termination. After this period, your personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems, including any backups, except where we are legally required to retain certain data for compliance purposes.

You may also request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@adyogi.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will initiate the deletion process and confirm once completed.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
