      Challenge

      Difficulty in scaling and Efficiency

      Brand was struggling with efficiency and scaleup. International customers often tried to place an order in the brand's domestic website which was leading to low AOV and less efficiency on the campaigns. Customers had a lot of questions and doubts related to the return and shipping policies which often leads to a dropout in checkout. Another major challenge was brand had a huge dropout in checkout because there was a limited payment options brand had. And last but on least, they are not providing local currency option.

      Solution

      Launched a dedicated new website for International customers.

      First thing we asked the brand to do was to build a new dedicated website for International. This helped us in solving the problems around currency on the website and google ads. We framed a new policies for International which helped with the incremental trust factor of a new brand in US. We came up with some of the well adapted payment options used in US which helped in reducing the dropouts significantly.  

       

      Introduced Minimum shipping Charges

      Instead of charging hefty shipping charges. We have launched the product with inclusive of shipping, operations and marketing expenditures.  This in return helped us in charging mininum shipping slabs in the checkout

       

      Launched new creative formats helped with more traffic

      We gave more importance to the creatives by launching more creative formats apt to each platforms. Focussed more on videos and catalog linked ads which helped in boosting the CTR to average 6%

      Revenue scaled to $100k per month within a span of 5 months
